Q: What is a group?
A: A group consists of 20 people or more attending the same performance of a single production. There are occasions when shows offer group rates for as few as 10 or 12 people. Please contact us to find out how we can accommodate your group!

Q: Why purchase my tickets through Broadway Across America?
A: A group order through Broadway Across America will often entitle you to discounts off the regular Box Office price. Furthermore, you will not be subject to the large service charges that are tacked on to single ticket orders. Lastly, you get the entire Broadway Across America team working for you, from New York to over 50 other cities nationwide.

Q: Are there any service charges applied to my order?
A: Certain shows or performances require the need for an additional service charge, and some theaters require additional "restoration fees," but the vast majority of orders are discounted and carry no service charges.

Q: Can I return or exchange my tickets?
A: Up until the time that payment is received, you are able to increase or decrease the number of tickets ordered. However, once you have paid, there are no refunds or exchanges. Additional seats are subject to availability.

Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment dates are determined by each individual theater according to their sales policies. Factors include order date, date of performance, the specific show, and intervening holiday times. Tickets will be automatically released by the theater if payment is not received by the due date. If a show you have ordered closes, and your performance does not take place, your payment will be refunded.

Q: How do I pay for my tickets?
A: Once you have received your contract from us, you may pay for them via credit card or a single check made out to Broadway Across America. We encourage you to sign and fax back your contract upon receipt, but the payment is not due until the date specified on your contract.

Q: How long in advance do I need to order my tickets?
A: Planning ahead always assures you the best seats at the best prices. The earlier we place your request with the theater, the better our chances are for getting the date and seat locations you prefer. Some shows are sold out as much as a year in advance, so there is no such thing as "too early." However, that does not mean we cannot fill "last minute" requests. If your group wants to see a show next week, we can still get it done for you.

Q: How long will it take to receive my tickets from you?
A: Once you have paid, you can expect to receive your tickets in a few weeks. The tickets will be shipped via Federal Express, and a $5 fee will be added for this service. You can also opt to have your group's tickets left at the Box Office under whichever name you specify at time of payment.

Q: Am I able to guarantee exact seating locations?
A: We will place your order for a specific section of the theater. Once we have confirmed availability with the theater, we can guarantee that your seats will be located in a certain section (i.e.: Orchestra, Front Mezzanine, Rear Mezzanine, etc.). We are unable, however, to specify exact seats.

Q: Are the theaters handicapped accessible?
A: All theaters are required by law to have handicapped accessible seating. However, not all theaters are completely handicapped accessible.

Q: Am I able to resell my tickets?
A: Group tickets may not be resold for any amount other than the price printed on the ticket. They may not be resold, transferred or distributed to any ticket broker or any other person or entity for resale.
